January 7, 2012: Members Only (2011 & 2012) Beach Ride at Myrtle Beach State Park, 4401 S. Kings Hwy, Myrtle Beach, SC 25975.  $4 entry fee per person + $25 permit per horse.  Permit good for the entire season.  To pre-purchase permit contact park at 843-238-5325.  In the saddle by 11:00am, ride, picnic, ride again (?). January 21, 2012:  Annual General Meeting and Election, 2-4 pm. Guest Speaker, Tori Miller on Large Animal Rescue Techniques.  Light refreshments will be served. Sandhills Community College, Clement Dining Room (located on the 2nd floor in the Dempsey Student Center) 3395 Airport Rd Pinehurst, NC 28374.

February 11 & 12, 2012:  Members Only.  Girls Night at Chadbourne Farm, 131 Little Rd, Hoffman, NC.  www.chadbournefarm.com.  Arrive at 12noon Saturday, ride, put up horses, potluck and wine.  Spend the night and ride again in the morning before heading home.  Contact Sandra Chadbourne at 910- 696-0239, Sandra@ChadbourneFarm.com for reservations.

March 24, 2012: Map and Obstacle Clinic at Cedar Hall Farm, 9391 Aberdeen Road (Hwy 211), Aberdeen, NC 28315 .   A full day of learning all things TREC.  Arrive at 9:30 am for obstacle training.  Break for lunch, then un-mounted and mounted map training.  Primitive camping available for $20/night.  Rain date March 31.

April 28, 2012:   Judged Pleasure Trail Ride at H. Cooper Black Recreation Area, 279 Sporting Dog Trail, Cheraw, SC. 29520.  Enjoy a scenic ride with several obstacles along the way.  Prizes will be awarded, raffle and food.  Camping available, contact HCBRA at 843-378-1555 or hcooperblack@scprt.com.

May 19, 2012: Members only.   Fun Ride and Potluck Picnic at The Walthour Moss Foundation, Moore Meadow.  Meet at 9:00am, in the saddle by 9:30.  Picnic after. Rain date May 20.

 June 2, 2012:  Moonlit Ride at the Hunters Camp, Sandhills Gamelands, Hoffman, NC.  Meet at 7:00pm, tailgate picnic, in the saddle by 8:00. 

July 14, 2012: Members Only.  Pond Ride and Picnic at Cedar Hall Farm, 9391 Aberdeen Road (Hwy 211), Aberdeen, NC 28315 .  Arrive at 9:30 am , in the saddle at 10:00.  Picnic after.  Rain Date July 15.

August : Too Hot to Ride Clinic, details TBA.
